AI insights turn the checks and analytics already in your Bryzora account into a plain-language explanation, with the evidence used, a confidence level and suggested next checks.

## What you can analyse.

Each analysis uses data from your account for that resource. It runs when you ask, not automatically.

### Incidents

Check results around the incident window, results by location and status codes. Server resources are included when a server monitor shares the project; DNS changes when you monitor the same host.

### Monitors

Uptime, response-time and incident statistics for a monitor over time.

### DNS history

Recorded DNS changes for a domain, explained in plain language.

### Server metrics

CPU, memory, disk and load history for a Linux server.

### Heartbeats

Expected schedule, grace period, recent check-ins and missed runs for a cron job.

### Traffic trends

This period against the previous one: visits, top pages, referrers and goal conversions.

## What to expect.

Does AI insights run automatically?

No. You run an analysis when you want one, from the resource you are looking at.

Does it confirm the cause of an outage?

It suggests a probable cause with a confidence level and lists the evidence it used and the evidence it was missing. Confirm the cause against your own logs and systems.

Can it change or fix anything?

No. AI insights only read data and return an explanation. They never change your monitors, servers or website.

What data does it use?

Only the Bryzora data relevant to that analysis, such as check results, server metrics, DNS changes or analytics totals. It is sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate the explanation.

Which plans include AI insights?

AI insights are available on plans that include them. Contact us to confirm which plan you need.
